We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

🎬 How to Record the Unboxing Video:

Start recording before opening the package without Pausing video.

Record the entire unboxing process in one continuous video without any cuts or pauses.

Clearly show:

1.Outer packaging with shipping label

2.Opening of the box or parcel

3.The actual condition of the product

The video must be continuous (no cuts or edits).

Send the video to us within 24–48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

🔄 Exchange Process

If your item is eligible:

Email us at support@naaricollection.in or WhatsApp +91 9258389112 within 7 days.

Share your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief reason for return.

Once approved, we will guide you on return shipping.

Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was damaged or wrong.

💸 Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, we will initiate a bank transfer or UPI refund after receiving bank details.

❗ Important Notes

If returned item is found used or damaged by the customer, refund or exchange will be denied.

Always retain proof of courier and tracking ID for safety.

Do not send returns without prior approval — unapproved parcels may be rejected.
