Share your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief reason for return.
Once approved, we will guide you on return shipping.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery orders, we will initiate a bank transfer or UPI refund after receiving bank details.
If returned item is found used or damaged by the customer, refund or exchange will be denied.
